I had been to 'Housewarming Party' of my friend (from Sirius Marketing), lately; wow, he has a well furnished home, and I envy him, for that (laugh). If anything is 'real', and could appeal our sense, then it is (can only be) 'self-owned' house or land! Yes, 'Real Estate' never goes down, as it a real investment for life; it is the core of every other business. Real estate interests (all of) us, as everyone wants a piece of land, and property...somewhere for their family (to stay comfortably in), and for doing business!
Property values are increasing day by day, and if you have made real estate investment, then you should not worry any longer, about a thing, as land prices are going up, and you will get double its current value in another 5-10 years, for sure, by all means.
Increased demand for housing has driven real-estate market; rental prices are up and rising, and affordable houses (today), will be inaccessible to us, in future. Investing in real-estate is a smart decision, and if you own a piece of ground/land today, you have saved enough for retirement.
Real estate is looking ‘up’ (see around, to believe it), and it is the best investment you can make, today. So, do not wait any longer, and invest in real estate now, without a blink of an eye.
